Revenue Director - Hotel Operations

Ennismore, a leading lifestyle hospitality company, is seeking a seasoned Revenue Director to join our team in Ibiza. As a key member of our Executive Team, you will be responsible for driving hotel revenue optimization across transient, group, and contract segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue and profit
  • Monitor and evaluate market demand trends to inform pricing and inventory decisions
  • Lead weekly revenue management meetings and prepare reports for key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in revenue management and hotel operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
