Drive Enterprise Growth with MongoDB

The Inside Account Executive role within MongoDB's Sales team focuses on developing and executing a sales strategy within our most strategic accounts, closing new workloads and expanding our footprint.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline within MongoDB's most strategic accounts.
  2. Drive product adoption in LoPs/BUs you own in the account, upselling/cross-selling by cultivating strategic relationships with executives and multi-level champions, aligning to their key initiatives and long-term goals.
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Product, and the internal sales ecosystem to drive customer adoption and satisfaction.
  4. Meet and exceed quarterly quotas on new workloads, net ARR, and professional services.

Your Background

  • Min 1.5 to 2 years B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying closing role, or strategic account-based selling experience.
  • Experience selling complex SaaS and/or cloud products/services.
  • A proven track record of overachievement through generating your own pipeline and hitting sales targets.
  • Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious teammate with a strong desire to be successful.
