Inside Account Executive

MongoDB is seeking a seasoned Inside Account Executive to drive sales growth and expand our footprint in key strategic accounts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for formulating and executing a sales strategy that closes net new workloads and drives revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and qualify sales opportunities within MongoDB's most strategic accounts
- Drive product adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities by cultivating strategic relationships with executives and champions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Product, and internal sales teams to drive customer adoption and satisfaction
- Meet and exceed quarterly quotas on net new workloads, net annual recurring revenue, and professional services
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying closing role or strategic account-based selling experience
- Experience selling complex SaaS and/or cloud products/services
- Proven track record of overachievement through generating own pipeline and hitting sales targets
- Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and tenacious teammate with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology in verbal and written forms

Preference for EMEA locations: Barcelona, Dublin, Berlin. Willing to be flexible based on level of experience if employee is already operating in a remote capacity.
