About this role

As a Sales Development Associate, you will play a key part in guiding companies towards a more sustainable future. Working closely with our international team of experts and powerful technology, you will help analyze data and build sustainability scorecards for businesses.

Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting and outreach activities on target accounts, engaging and qualifying prospective customers.
  2. Generating new business opportunities to fuel revenue for Ecovadis.
  3. Conducting high-level discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives in Target Accounts.
  4. Scheduling qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  5. Evangelizing the importance of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility for the supply chain of Global 500 companies.
  6. Leveraging your teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities in regional areas.
  7. Maintaining an activity volume with the intent to qualify leads and create pipeline growth.
  8. Meeting or exceeding targets.
  9. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competition.
  10. Creating and presenting quarterly business plans to stakeholders.
  11. Recording and documenting calls and communications in Salesforce.
  12. Monitoring social networks for sales opportunities and leads.
  13. Reporting on weekly results.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, a desire to learn new skills, and to build a career in sales and sustainability. They should have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously.

Preferred qualifications

  1. University degree in Business or Sustainability related areas.
  2. Experience working in Sustainability, CSR or B2B Procurement.
  3. Native in Spanish and proficiency in English.
  4. Knowledge of the Spanish corporate business culture.
  5. Passion for Sustainability and willingness to pursue a career in both Sustainability and Sales.
