Surgical Business Development Specialist

About the Role:
As a Clinical Consultant Surgical at Johnson & Johnson, you will play a crucial role in developing our surgical business and ensuring best clinical outcomes. Our goal is to establish Heart Recovery as a new standard of care, which requires a Heart Team approach.
Responsibilities:
Patient Support: Improve patient outcomes through education, implementing latest clinical best practices and medical staff interaction, with emphasis on OR and ICU. Visit key institutions where patients have been equipped with Impella Pump portfolio to collect clinically relevant data.
Surgical Account Training & Management: Responsible for ongoing training at European surgical key sites. Enable and drive the growth and performance of our surgical business. Coordinate and lead activities with SAM, Franchise Team (TM/CC), Training department, Medical Office and manage customer education for new and existing accounts to ensure best clinical outcomes.
Therapy Development: Support Abiomed's goal to establish Heart Recovery as new standard of care.
