About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Development Manager to join our team at Trip. As a key member of our International Business Unit in Amsterdam, you will be responsible for driving our marketing efforts for the Brazilian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute daily operational plans for CRM (EDM, App) and social media campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with global offices and local sourcing teams to deliver high-quality campaign messages that meet local market needs.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders in HQ, including product and marketing teams, to maintain campaign processes and align with product functionalities.
  • Support corporate business development in the region, including collaboration with legal, HR, and admin functions.
Requirements
  • Spontaneous, open-minded, diligent, and detail-driven.
  • Excellent execution skills.
  • Familiarity with travel products that meet target market customer behavior and preferences.
  • Comfortable with Excel and/or other analytics tools such as Tableau.
  • Advanced ability in verbal and written English.
  • Bachelor's degree and above is required.
  • 1+ year of working experience preferred; travel industry or startup experience is a plus.
