Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining partnerships with attractions and in-destination experience providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and sign cooperation agreements with key partners and suppliers.
- Drive market share growth and increase local market awareness.
- Plan and implement corresponding marketing plans with key partners and internal departments.
- Conduct data research and analysis to optimize product design and sales directions.
- Provide market insights to support business development and growth.
Requirements
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Chinese and another main European language such as French, Spanish, or German.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in online travel agencies (OTAs) of tours and tickets segment.
- Strong relationships with top tourism attractions, key suppliers, and tourism administrative authorities.
- Proven record of business development skills, strong strategic thinking capability, and data analysis capability.
