About the Role

Hitachi Energy Spain, S.A.U. is seeking a highly skilled Market Manager to join our team in Spain. As a Market Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the marketing strategy in the assigned area, aligning with our global marketing and sales strategy and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and analyze existing and new strategic segments and business opportunities, defining strategies and business plans to capitalize on them.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare competitor analyses, including financial data and company profiles.
  • Drive and ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration within the organization.
  • Minimize risks related to agreements and prices with customers.
Requirements
  • University degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and customer focus skills.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Spanish languages, with French being a plus.
