Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing field sales methodologies, generating leads, establishing relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a territory plan to build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring attainment of individual revenue targets.
  • Lead generation through local business community engagement within the short-term rental sphere.
  • Develop a contact and call strategy to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Daily outreach using a discovery, value pitch, and compelling closing statements to gain commitment.
  • Conduct live product demonstrations in person or via video calls.
  • Manage prospect communication and pipeline in Salesforce (CRM).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects in your target list.
  • Negotiate contracts.
  • Close deals.
  • Research your target market and provide ongoing feedback to relevant teams (product, marketing, sales, strategy).
  • Represent Market Blitz at trade shows.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Travel/Hospitality tech sales experience - MUST.
  • Knowledge of the Spanish vacation rental industry is strongly desired.
  • Technological sales experience of 5+ years.
  • SaaS sales experience - MUST.
  • Success in this role means bringing a robust ability to read and sell to any outbound audience, the ambition to achieve and succeed, a strong work-ethic, and a competitive nature.
  • Mastery of sales techniques including cold calling, objection handling, sales, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Strategic, skilled in prospecting, and eager to find their own opportunities.
  • Proven follow-up/persistence when facing challenging situations.
  • A closer at heart.
