Hitachi Energy Spain is seeking a highly skilled Market Manager to join our team in Spain. As a Market Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the marketing strategy in the assigned area, leading and developing the Marketing department, and managing the marketing action plan to achieve key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies in line with global marketing and sales strategy and budget.
  2. Produce action plans accordingly and define key marketing targets in line with Grid Integration strategy.
  3. Identify existing and new strategic segments and business opportunities, and develop strategy/business plans for each.
  4. Responsible for product marketing, industry, segment marketing, and strategic and tactical marketing plans to support the relevant organization.
  5. Initiate, implement, and report market analysis and marketing activities.
  6. Ensure the market is monitored by developing and maintaining efficient marketing tools and implementing coordinated marketing analyses and activities.
  7. Collaborate internally and oversee preparation of competitor analyses, including profit and loss account (P&L) and main financial data.
  8. Minimize risks regarding agreements/prices across customers.
  9. Drive and ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
