Cybersecurity Sales Development Representative

The Regional Account Executive relies on the Account Manager for sales, business development, and renewals support. Your primary objective is to contribute to team success through quota attainment and customer retention. You'll leverage your customer management skills, business acumen, and technical expertise to achieve the required customer renewal targets for your book of business.
To ensure seamless renewals, you'll work closely with Customer Success and the Account Executive. Additionally, you'll perform business development activities to build pipeline for the Regional team and collaborate with the Account Executive to close new logos.
An ideal candidate will have experience in the cybersecurity industry, a consultative approach to working with customer stakeholders, and a passion for sales and business development. They should also be able to develop strong relationships at all levels within the customer organization, possess technical proficiency related to use cases, and conduct outreach to prospects and discovery calls.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3-5 years of junior account management and/or Business Development experience in the Cyber Security Industry or Technology Industry
- Information security knowledge; general awareness on best practices, security risk management, and industry trends
- Ability to identify leads within install-base and help grow customers
- Customer-first mindset and advocacy
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate effectively across functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication and in-person and virtual presentations
Synack offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $120,000. The compensation package may also include equity and benefits. For more details about our benefits, please see .
