We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at BizAway. Your primary responsibility will be managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signature.

About You
  • You possess native-level proficiency in German and good English language skills (both written and spoken).
  • With at least one year of experience in a similar role or two years as a top-performing SDR, you have a solid foundation for success.
Job Requirements

As a Sales Executive, your key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and prospecting new clients in the DACH region.
  • Executing outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
  • Presenting our solution to various stakeholders, including C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, and Travel Managers.
  • Presenting live demos of our platform to qualified prospects.
  • Leading negotiations with potential clients from discovery to contract signing.
  • Forecasting sales revenue and providing visibility into your deal pipeline.
  • Serving as a champion for our solution and attending industry events when necessary.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders to define quarterly and annual OKRs.
  • Working closely with SDRs and the entire Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
  • Proposing innovative strategies and campaigns to enhance the sales process and drive growth.
Benefits and Opportunities

BizAway offers a competitive salary of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In addition to your base salary, you can earn uncapped variable compensation and equity in the company.
