Key Account Business Developer
We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Key Account Business Developer to join our team at the KION Group. As a leader in technological innovation and pioneer in electric forklifts, we provide increasingly effective solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing business in assigned clients across various products, including new and used machines, maintenance contracts, and short-term rentals. They will foster loyalty with assigned clients and acquire new clients through regular contact across the regional territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize business in assigned clients across various products.
- Foster loyalty with assigned clients and acquire new clients.
- Report activities and manage offers in specific software.
- Negotiate with high-level interlocutors, including conflict resolution.
- Advise and recommend equipment based on client applications.
- Manage tenders and preparation of complex offers, orders, contracts, and auctions until delivery and payment of equipment.
Requirements
- PREFERRED degree in Business Sciences or at least 2 years of commercial experience in the industrial sector, preferably in the forklift sector.
- Intermediate level of written and spoken English.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Project management.
- Driver's license.
