About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs and physicians, to drive sales growth and market share for our men's health pharmaceutical products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Spanish market and a proven track record of success in promoting prescription medicines to specialists. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with key prescribing stakeholders to build relationships and drive sales growth
  • Managing in-country performance against volumes and sales targets
  • Implementing company strategy and executing targeted marketing campaigns
  • Managing local market access and overseeing wholesaler relationships
  • Providing input on portfolio strategy and contributing to integration planning for new product introductions

Requirements:

  • Experience in successfully promoting prescription medicines to Spanish specialists
  • Excellent communication skills (including Spanish language skills)
  • Very strong spoken and written English
  • Passion for engaging with people
  • A can-do, no excuses attitude
  • Problem-solver with high attention to detail

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience promoting hormone therapies or men's/women's health prescription medicines
  • Experience engaging with endocrinologists/andrologists
