As a Regional Account Growth Manager at Kellanova, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating key client relationships and driving regional growth. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a short period, leveraging your expertise in customer focus, communication, and negotiation.

The role has a big focus on managing the regional accounts assigned with efficiency, ensuring the fulfillment of Kellanova's commercial policy and generating partnerships with them.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and Track AOP - Create and monitor a yearly Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for each client and category.
  • Contract Negotiation - Negotiate and finalize annual contracts with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Customer Allowances Management - Oversee and manage customer allowances, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance.
  • Promotional Planning - Collaborate with the Revenue & Sales Development department to plan and execute promotional activities and Category Management projects.
  • Opportunity Identification - Utilize internal and external information sources to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.

We're looking for Someone With:

  • A University degree.
  • Experience working in sales/commercial positions in FMCG companies.
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to analyze and collaborate effectively to drive impactful results.
  • Fluent in local language (Spanish) and in English.
