Regional Growth Account Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Growth Account Manager to join our European sales team at LRQA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and building a strong Southern European sales pipeline in line with revenue targets set by the Head of Sales Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Cyber Security landscape, including threats, advancements, and frameworks.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within new and existing accounts, with a focus on growth and development.
- Work closely with the LRQA Cyber teams and regional sales teams to cross-sell and identify sales opportunities.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data to ensure high-quality forecasting.
- Develop and deliver compelling client-facing materials, including presentations and proposals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Cyber Security based sales role, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong written and spoken Spanish and English skills, with additional European languages beneficial.
- Natural sales 'Hunter' ability to find and generate new business opportunities.
- Previous experience building long-term and trusted relationships with client accounts.
- Excellent listening and consultative communication skills.
