Unlock Your Potential as a Regional Key Account Manager

Kellanova is seeking a skilled Regional Key Account Manager to drive commercial excellence and contribute to the company's vision of being the world's best-performing snacks-led powerhouse.

This role involves managing regional accounts with efficiency, ensuring the fulfillment of Kellanova's commercial policy, and generating partnerships with clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Track AOP: Create and monitor a yearly Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for each client and category.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize annual contracts with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Customer Allowances Management: Oversee and manage customer allowances, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance.
  • Promotional Planning: Collaborate with the Revenue & Sales Development department to plan and execute promotional activities and Category Management projects.
  • Opportunity Identification: Utilize internal and external information sources to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • University degree.
  • Experience working in sales/commercial positions in FMCG companies.
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to analyze and collaborate effectively to drive impactful results.
  • Fluent in local language (Spanish) and in English.
