Kellanova is seeking a highly skilled Regional Key Account Manager to join our Sales team in Madrid. As a key member of our commercial excellence team, you will be responsible for managing regional accounts with efficiency, ensuring the fulfillment of Kellanova's commercial policy, and generating partnerships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and track Annual Operating Plans (AOP) for each client and category
  • Negotiate and finalize annual contracts with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions
  • Oversee and manage customer allowances, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance
  • Collaborate with the Revenue & Sales Development department to plan and execute promotional activities and Category Management projects
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through internal and external information sources

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Experience working in sales/commercial positions in FMCG companies
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze and collaborate effectively to drive impactful results
  • Fluent in local language (Spanish) and in English
