Job Description:The DTN Weather Systems division is the market leader in aeronautical meteorology, delivering best-in-class solutions to Air Navigation Service Providers, Civil Aviation Authorities, and National Meteorological Services. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Seville, Spain. This role will focus on expanding our customer base and identifying new business opportunities that align with our company strategy.
Responsibilities:- Developing relationships with end-users to drive sales of DTN Weather Systems into existing and new markets;
- Building and maintaining a distribution partner network with agents and/or companies in target markets;
- Managing a sales pipeline, including bookings and revenue forecasts;
- Providing regular activity reports to management;
- Identifying industry trends through customer relationships and feedback;
- Representing DTN at events and tradeshows to showcase our solutions;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development in the environmental market, preferably related to weather;
- Knowledge of the weather systems market and related industries such as aviation, air traffic control, government, defense, and aerospace;
- Experience with advanced customer relationship management systems and processes;
- International experience in sales and fluency in English (Spanish preferred but not required);
- A competitive salary: $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience;
