About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TLC Worldwide. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships and growing existing ones to drive revenue growth and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate deals to drive revenue growth.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
  3. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
Requirements
  1. Proven Track Record: A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and business expansion.
  2. Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial principles, including sales strategy, market analysis, and financial management.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  4. Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  5. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business priorities, market conditions, and customer needs.
