We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen our market presence in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, focusing on clients within industries such as automotive, construction, electronics, and specialty chemicals that utilize silane products.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing in-depth knowledge of silane products and applications, and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to clients for a competitive edge in the market.
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and increase market share in Spain, working closely with product development, marketing, and technical support teams to align on product offerings and address customer requirements.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities in the silane sector.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the chemical industry, preferably with a proven track record in silane product sales.
- A strong understanding of silane chemistry and its applications across various industries.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential for client interaction and internal communication.
- A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- A willingness to travel within Spain and occasionally internationally as required.
