The Role & Key Objectives: As a Global Sales Development Professional, you will validate and allocate inbound leads efficiently, providing fast and effective customer service while increasing the organization's productivity. You will work independently and collaboratively as part of various teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness in the speed to lead process. Your responsibilities include following business processes, using tools such as Salesforce.com (CRM), LinkedIn, referral processing systems, and other related tools to represent ADP positively and interact with potential new clients. This role requires having in-depth discussions with decision-maker contacts and possessing knowledge of social media and digital research methods.
Your Profile, Education, and Experience: To be successful in this position, you should have a high level of English proficiency (B2 minimum level) and be proficient in Dutch (C1/C2 level). Experience working in a target-driven, lead generation environment is preferred. You must be comfortable with in-depth discussions with decision-makers and possess knowledge of social media and digital research methods.
Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this role to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This estimate may vary based on individual qualifications and performance.
