Business Development Representative for Games Workshop

About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team at Games Workshop in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with potential independent retailers through cold calling and establish strong relationships by showcasing the benefits of partnering with Games Workshop.
- Identify client needs and effectively close B2B sales opportunities by guiding and influencing decision-making.
Requirements:
- Full business proficiency in Romanian and English is essential.
- A degree or equivalent higher education qualification is required.
Benefits:
- Salary: €43,760 (based on a 35,000 base salary + uncapped commission)
- Generous Benefits Package including 23 days of holiday + 12 public holidays, company pension scheme, profit share bonus, and share save scheme.
