Business Development Ambassador for European Expansion

Unlock your sales potential in a dynamic role with Games Workshop. As a Business Development Ambassador, you'll engage with independent retailers across Europe to establish strong relationships and drive business growth. Your primary goal will be to showcase the benefits of partnering with Games Workshop and close B2B sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include proactively reaching out to potential clients through targeted cold calling, identifying their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our products.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Proactively engage with potential independent retailers across Europe
- Showcase the benefits of partnering with Games Workshop
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients swiftly by telephone
- Identify client needs and effectively close B2B sales opportunities
As a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, you will thrive on surpassing targets and embracing challenges. You must be resilient in the face of rejection, demonstrating persistence and determination. With natural talent in sales, you will guide and influence decision making while providing exceptional customer service.
We OfferA competitive salary package that includes:
- €45,600 OTE (base salary €35,000 + uncapped commission)
- Generous benefits: 23 days of holiday + 12 public holidays (with the opportunity to gain an extra four days holiday per year), company pension scheme (4% of salary), profit share bonus, and share save scheme
- Perks: 25% to 50% discount on Games Workshop products
You will receive comprehensive training, including a world-class induction program and ongoing on-the-job training. To be successful in this role, you will require full business proficiency in Czech/Slovak and English. The position is based in our Barcelona office, and a degree or equivalent higher education qualification is required.
