**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Ambassador to join our team at Apartool. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact in our corporate housing business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, maintain CRM data, and collaborate with the content team to enhance supplier acquisition and retention.
  • Promptly manage and resolve supplier incidents to maintain strong relationships.
  • Build and optimize supplier relationships through data analysis to improve retention.
  • Monitor supplier performance accurately during booking to ensure reliability.
  • Foster cross-team collaboration to boost supplier engagement.

**Requirements:**

  • +2 years of experience in customer service and/or business development to provide exceptional service to customers and suppliers.
  • Degree in Tourism, Revenue Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or Communication.
  • Native level of written and spoken Portuguese and Advanced English. Spanish is a plus, and any other languages will be an asset for our expansion plans.
  • Based in Barcelona, with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office and 2 possible days remotely).
  • Proficient in managing and prioritizing tasks with a keen understanding of urgency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, utilizing positive language to engage clients effectively.

**Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits such as half-day Fridays and a generous package of paid time off.
