Business Development Consultant for European Expansion

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Business Development Consultant to join our international team based in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential independent retailers across Europe through targeted cold calling.
About the RoleIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Showcase the benefits of partnering with Games Workshop to establish and cultivate strong relationships swiftly by telephone.
- Identify client needs and effectively close B2B sales opportunities.
We are looking for a confident communicator with the ability to capture attention and have a great conversation. You should thrive on surpassing targets and embrace challenges, demonstrating persistence and determination in the face of rejection.
What We OfferAs a Business Development Consultant at Games Workshop, you can expect:
- A competitive salary: €45,600 (OTE) per annum, comprising a base salary of €35,000 plus uncapped commission.
- Generous benefits, including 23 days of holiday + 12 public holidays, company pension scheme, profit share bonus, and share save scheme.

- Full business proficiency in Romanian and English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
