We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our international team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base across Europe.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with excellent sales skills, able to engage with potential independent retailers through cold calling and showcase the benefits of partnering with Games Workshop. You will establish and cultivate strong relationships swiftly by telephone and identify client needs to effectively close B2B sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with potential clients to promote Games Workshop's products and services
  • Showcase the benefits of partnering with Games Workshop to potential clients

Requirements
  • Full business proficiency in Polish and English is essential
  • A degree or equivalent higher education qualification is required
  • You will be based in our office in Barcelona, working full-time as part of our international team
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €40,600 OTE (€35,000 base salary + uncapped commission) and a range of benefits, including 23 days of holiday + 12 public holidays, company pension scheme, profit share bonus, and share save scheme. You will also receive comprehensive training and relocation support.
