International Business Development Representative

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced International Business Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the German market.
About the Role
This is a full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a competitive salary package, including up to 3,408 euros gross/year in bonus. You will also have the opportunity to work with a global leader in contact center services, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee development.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted consultant with customers to onboard and develop PPC campaigns.
- Detect and understand customer needs and objectives.
- Be responsible for increasing spend, upsell, and sustainability.
- Handle a high volume of potential clients on a daily basis through phone calls.
Requirements
- Native proficiency in German and B2 level in English, both spoken and written.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications can be a plus).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales.
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
