About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to join our dynamic Sales team at Kantox. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Becoming an expert on how Kantox operates, our solutions, and the benefits we bring to enterprises.
  • Conducting effective first discovery and qualification conversations with key stakeholders from our target accounts.
  • Qualifying inbound leads by utilizing your deep understanding of the Kantox value proposition and use-cases.
  • Qualifying incoming leads as potential sales opportunities through initial phone and email contact.
  • Keeping meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM (Salesforce).
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master/Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or business administration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A true team player willing to roll up their sleeves and assist when needed.
  • Hands-on experience using multiple sales techniques, including cold emails and cold calling.
  • A highly organized professional who is self-driven, motivated, and achievement-focused.
  • Native proficiency in Dutch.
  • Previous experience in B2B Sales/Business Development and CRM (Salesforce) is a plus.
