Business Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to join our dynamic Sales team at Kantox. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Becoming an expert on how Kantox operates, our solutions, and the benefits we bring to enterprises.
- Conducting effective first discovery and qualification conversations with key stakeholders from our target accounts.
- Qualifying inbound leads by utilizing your deep understanding of the Kantox value proposition and use-cases.
- Qualifying incoming leads as potential sales opportunities through initial phone and email contact.
- Keeping meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM (Salesforce).
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master/Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or business administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A true team player willing to roll up their sleeves and assist when needed.
- Hands-on experience using multiple sales techniques, including cold emails and cold calling.
- A highly organized professional who is self-driven, motivated, and achievement-focused.
- Native proficiency in Dutch.
- Previous experience in B2B Sales/Business Development and CRM (Salesforce) is a plus.
- A competitive salary of around €60,000 per year.
