Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lead Prospector. Your primary responsibility will be to prospect high-quality leads for our internal sales teams. This involves assessing company potential using provided guidelines, conducting eligibility checks, and understanding market seasonality to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas.

Requirements
  1. Relevant experience in prospection, business development, and/or B2B sales
  2. C2 level of German and advanced level of English
  3. Intermediate spreadsheet skills, including the ability to work with pivot tables and vlookups
  4. Ability to work autonomously and report back on progress daily
  5. Strong accuracy and attention to detail with excellent written and verbal skills
