Teleperformance, a global leader in customer experience management, is seeking a highly skilled French Lead Prospector to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our internal sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting high-quality leads, assessing company potential, and conducting eligibility checks to ensure timely prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal sales teams
• Assess company potential using provided guidelines
• Conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition
• Stay up-to-date on industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting
• Collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas, according to sales team needs
• Deliver a set of leads based on agreed quarterly targets
Requirements
• Relevant experience in prospection, business development, and/or B2B sales
• C2 level of French
• Advanced level of English
• Intermediate spreadsheet skills (ability to work with pivot tables, vlookups, etc)
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail with excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and report back on progress on a daily basis
• Comfortable working with reports, databases, and CRM systems
