At Teleperformance Spain, a leading global customer experience management company, we are seeking an experienced French-speaking professional to join our dynamic Acquisition Marketing team in Barcelona.

The ideal candidate will possess intricate knowledge of industry trends and the digital landscape, enabling them to prospect high-quality leads for our internal New Business Sales teams across European markets.

This role is responsible for delivering high-potential customers to our sales partners while maintaining policy compliance and adhering to strict quality standards.

The position involves:

  • Prospecting high-quality, policy-compliant leads using provided guidelines and online tools
  • Evaluating company potential and conducting eligibility checks to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition
  • Staying up-to-date with industry news and trends to inform timely prospecting efforts
  • Understanding market seasonality and collaborating with sales programs to plan lead sourcing areas according to sales team needs

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in digital advertising or market research
  • A minimum education level of 2nd year college or higher
  • B2 level or higher of the market being supported
  • Native-level French and advanced-level English
  • Intermediate spreadsheet skills, including proficiency in pivot tables and vlookups

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at approximately €24,835 gross per year (based on a 39-hour workweek), plus up to €3,825 gross in bonus.
