About the Role

">

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our LATAM sales team in Mexico. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing connections with key decision makers in target accounts. You will understand the intricacies of potential customers' business models and pinpoint pain points, as well as opportunities, within their current international finance and FX workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Present the Kantox solution to key decision makers">
  • Develop robust financial business cases for Kantox solutions">
  • Manage your portfolio of clients to optimize customer lifetime value">
    • ">
    • Identify and win new clients that can significantly grow their revenue, profitability, and international reach">
    • Develop deep relationships with CEOs, CFOs, and Treasurers">
    • Uncover new application scenarios for our solutions and contribute valuable insights for future product development">
      • ">
      • You will work closely with our Customer Success Managers, marketing team, middle office operations team, and product management team to deliver exceptional customer experiences">
      • Leveraging your understanding of customer needs, you will lead the internal team to optimize customer lifetime value">

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you should have:

">
  • ">
  • Experience in the Mexican market">
  • A strong background in finance, economics, or business administration with a relevant master's degree or similar">
  • Excellent communication and social skills: face-to-face, via telephone, and email">
  • Spanish as a native language and fluent English">
  • Preferred qualifications: 2+ years experience as a consultant in a leading consulting company or as a treasurer working in a larger corporation">
  • Knowledge about foreign exchange products would be a plus">
