As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, ensuring their performance meets or exceeds budget expectations. Your role will involve onboarding, coaching, training, and developing new starters, as well as identifying areas for growth with existing team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of full-cycle sales executives to meet or exceed budget expectations.
- Set clear expectations for performance and conduct, measuring against them to drive results.
- Assess the sales pipeline of each sales executive and the team, preparing regular sales forecasts for management.
- Review the Sales Activity & Performance Dashboard for each team member, offering guidance on how to improve.
Requirements:
- Experience managing an inside sales team, with strong leadership skills.
- Able to build, lead, and coach multifaceted teams to reach maximum efficiency and results.
- Understanding of the sales cycle for a Software-as-a-Service subscription model.
- Proven experience working with a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and ability to run reports within it.
- Technical aptitude and passion for the technology space.
- Track record in setting targets, achieving or exceeding them.
- Excellent coaching skills, experience dealing with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English (full professional proficiency).
