Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Prospecting expert to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in customer experience management and contact centre business process outsourcing.

The Role:

We are looking for someone with intricate knowledge of industry trends and IT landscape to help our internal sales teams build a pipeline based on high-quality leads. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting high-quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal sales teams
  • Assessing company potential using provided guidelines
  • Conducting eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition
  • Staying up-to-date with industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting
  • Understanding market seasonality and collaborating with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas, according to sales team's needs
  • Delivering a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target
  • Providing weekly reporting/analysis of your work in a presentable format

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Relevant experience in prospection, business development, and/or B2B sales
  • C2 level of French
  • Advanced level of English
  • Intermediate spreadsheet skills (ability to work with pivot tables, vlookups, etc)
