Company Overview:

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead the introduction of two new business verticals in Spain and Portugal — Affiliate Insert Marketing. This role will involve networking, strategic sales approaches, and a solid foundation in marketing to drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and manage the Insert marketing business in Spain & Portugal
  • Identify and engage with procurement hubs of newspapers, e-commerce entities, and other relevant partners
  • Analyze logistical nuances, including delivery timelines, procedures, insert capacity, and audience demographics
  • Collaborate with the data team to devise a pilot model for this new business initiative
  • Work with the Product team to develop software tailored to client needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2/3 years of experience in the print industry, business development, sales, or a related field
  • Fluent Spanish and Portuguese, with knowledge of the ES or PT media buying market
  • Strong skills in Google Spreadsheet, Excel, CRM, and data/reporting management
  • Willingness to travel for team meetings, client meetings, and industry events
