We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven German Business Development Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the German market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold call potential independent retailers in Germany to showcase the benefits of a business partnership with our company.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and close sales on our B2B offer.
- Fluency in German and a good level of English are essential for this role.
- Charisma, target-driven, and able to bounce back from rejection are key qualities we are looking for.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of 35,000€ basic + uncapped commission.
- 37 days of holiday including public holidays, with an option to earn more.
- A company pension scheme of 4% of salary.
- A Profit share bonus (subject to company meeting profit targets).
