About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative to join our Cross Border Talents team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities and create a pipeline of potential clients
  • Profile prospective customers and understand their needs and pain points
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive new business growth
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handovers and maximize sales opportunities
Requirements
  • Native-level German language skills with fluent English
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the IT industry
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment and attaining targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
