Italian Sales Development Representative

Teleperformance Spain is a leading customer experience management and contact centre business process outsourcing company with a global presence. We are looking for highly skilled professionals to join our Sales Development team.
Role Overview
We are seeking an Italian Business Developer Representative to identify sales opportunities, profile prospective customers, and drive new business through various outbound campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with hundreds of businesses, building enthusiasm, and identifying and qualifying their business needs to propose adequate solutions.
About the Role
The Business Developer Representative will work towards individual targets, but will also be part of a larger sales team focused on growing our customer base across EMEA. This is a full-time position based in Barcelona, working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly SQO quota and maintain a high level of activity daily and weekly
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects
- Educate customers on Teleperformance's services and offerings
- Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, often cold calling, and contact C-level decision makers
- Build quick rapport, assess needs, and understand prospects' pain points
- Gather technical requirements, correlate business needs to available Cloud solutions, and build value for next steps in the sales process
- Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com (CRM database)
- Manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities in Salesforce.com
- Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline
- Diligently document customer notes and deal details over the course of a customer's interaction using Salesforce.com
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Italian: C2 level
- Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
- Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry
- Some understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills, a high level of integrity, and professionalism
- Comfortable working against an assigned quota in a phone-based environment
