Ukrainian Business Development Representative

Teleperformance Spain, a leading customer experience management company, is seeking a highly skilled Ukrainian Business Development Representative to join its team. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.
About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for achieving SQO quota quarterly, managing a portfolio of assigned accounts, educating customers on available cloud solutions, and executing daily outbound phone calls and emails. You will also work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, proficient or C2 level of Ukrainian, and the ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically. Previous experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry, is also required. Additionally, you should have strong interpersonal skills, a high level of integrity and professionalism, and be comfortable working against an assigned quota in a phone-based environment.
