Job Description

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to acquire, establish, and nurture long-term partnerships with large enterprise accounts in Catalonia. As a Key Account Manager, you will develop new business within existing clients, identify and prospect new stakeholders, and manage large accounts to understand the value of working with freelancers and Malt.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategic approach to identify and prospect new stakeholders, including C-level interlocutors.
  • Manage large accounts, helping them understand the value of working with freelancers and Malt.
  • Prospect and develop a portfolio of large accounts with a solution-selling mindset.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop the business in Spain, specifically in Barcelona, and share best practices with European teams.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
  • Educated to degree level, with significant experience in a commercial B2B role.
  • 3-4 years of experience in business development of large/multinational clients and working with sales and prospection tools.
  • Experience in the world of recruitment or digital, SaaS, IT & Services is a plus.
