Empresa Reconocida is a leading company in the medical industry, committed to improving and saving lives. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Director Position - Business Development Executive to join our team in Spain, Madrid.

About the Role:

  • Define and deploy the go-to-market strategy within the associated geographical area and periodically review and update as necessary.
  • Develop and report on market potential and needs across Empresa Reconocida's product portfolio in the geographic area of responsibility.
  • Identify opportunities for new client development and develop a short, medium and long-term strategy for conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all opportunities are captured in CLM and updated in a timely manner.
  • Develop a sales strategy to increase sales of the full Empresa Reconocida product portfolio into customer sites, working alongside Marketing to create sales campaigns and marketing literature.
  • Monitor, review and support the full utilization and adoption of CLM in the area of geographical responsibility.

About You:

  • You have a proven track record of achieving personal and team-based sales performance targets within the capital goods markets.
  • You possess strong knowledge and understanding of Indirect/Distributor Marketing and Sales, as well as Elekta's product portfolio.
