We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients
  • Onboarding new corporate clients to ensure they are 100% up and running
  • Crafting high-level onboarding documentation, such as user guides, videos, and training materials
  • Identifying client growth opportunities and hitting up-selling targets
  • Monitoring and reporting existing and potential threats to maintain our 0 churn rate
  • Defining Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead
  • Working with the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
  • Proactively proposing actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve internal processes and enhance growth

  • Fluent level of English and Italian
  • 1+ year experience working in a B2B account management/customer success role
  • Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to learn something new every day

  • Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties

Previous experience in fast-growing start-ups is a plus, and any other language is also a plus.
