Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer success department, you will play a crucial role in deploying our customers' carbon management solutions.

Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of our platform, providing exceptional customer experience and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding: Drive the deployment of customer accounts from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including data, engineering, science, and product, to ensure effective communication and project management.
  • Customer Loyalty and Feedback: Identify and manage new stakeholders, create a consistent feedback loop, and drive data collection KPIs to enrich our product roadmap.
Requirements
  • Project Management and Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
  • Location: Located in Barcelona, Basel, Amsterdam, or Paris.
