Our flexible SaaS core banking platform serves 10 million clients globally, supporting over 50 enterprise customers across 12 countries. We're committed to finding innovative ways to support our customers' growth.
The PositionWe're seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive our customers' successful outcomes with our solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, agreeing, and executing account plans, ensuring customer adoption and understanding of our value proposition. You'll also own the annual renewal of customer subscriptions.
We're looking for someone with banking, finance, or banking-related experience. You'll report to the Team Lead for Customer Success and join a team of experienced professionals based in Europe. You can work from anywhere in Europe, with regular travel to see customers and collaborate with the team in Zagreb, Croatia.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic account plans with assigned customers.
- Conduct regular business review meetings with decision-makers and Oradian champions, ensuring customers understand the value of our solution.
- Maintain relationships with decision-makers and key users.
- Drive product adoption by acting as a trusted advisor, working with product adoption specialists to demo our solutions and challenge customers to maximize value.
- Identify and propose process changes to improve customer efficiency and support growth strategies.
- Organize training sessions for customers.
- Aim for zero customer churn.
Monitor customer churn risk, escalating when necessary to management. Lead contract renewal negotiations and highlight challenges proactively.
