We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Professional to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your Role
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
  • Onboard new corporate clients of our platform, ensuring they are fully operational
  • Craft high-level onboarding documentation, including user guides, videos, and training materials
  • Identify client growth opportunities and meet upselling targets
  • Monitor and report potential threats to maintain our 0 churn rate
  • Define Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
  • Propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve internal processes and enhance growth
Your Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and German
  • 1+ year experience in a B2B account management or customer success role
  • Hunger for challenges and a desire to learn
  • Proactivity in proposing value-creating solutions
  • Flexibility in a fast-changing environment
