Customer Success Professional

We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Professional to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your Role- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
- Onboard new corporate clients of our platform, ensuring they are fully operational
- Craft high-level onboarding documentation, including user guides, videos, and training materials
- Identify client growth opportunities and meet upselling targets
- Monitor and report potential threats to maintain our 0 churn rate
- Define Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead
- Collaborate with the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
- Propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve internal processes and enhance growth
- Fluent in English and German
- 1+ year experience in a B2B account management or customer success role
- Hunger for challenges and a desire to learn
- Proactivity in proposing value-creating solutions
- Flexibility in a fast-changing environment
- Previous experience in fast-growing start-ups
- Additional language skills
- A seat on a scale-up with rapid growth
