Sales Business Development Manager for Essential Oils in Spain

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Business Development Manager to join our team in Spain, focusing on our Essential Oils portfolio.
Job Description: As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in assigned customer accounts and new clients in Spain. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our commercial team to deliver sales targets and activities in your territory.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in assigned customer accounts
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to increase revenue and market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including forecasting, business variations, wins, and losses
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proficient level of English and Spanish language skills
- Relevant sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in fragrances, extracts, ingredients for personal/home care, or other value-added products
- A strategic approach to prospecting, developing business, and winning new accounts
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
