We are seeking a Sales Advisor to contribute to the improvement of the European defibrillator network, ultimately saving lives during cardiac emergencies. This role requires a proactive and empathetic individual who can provide support to new and existing customers via various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Conversations: Actively listen to prospects to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate information about products that suit customer needs, encouraging independent purchase decisions.
- Guide prospects through the subscription process and clearly explain product details and subscription options.
- Customer Service and Administrative Support: Support customers via phone, email, and text messages, addressing questions about invoices, customer data, and other administrative concerns.
- Handle logistical inquiries and ensure smooth administrative processes.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Dutch and French, as well as English C1 level. Additionally, they should possess strong sales skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
