">Job Description
">As a Cloud Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for securing new customer wins for a cloud solution. This involves maximising up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers. You will present cloud value propositions that align with customers' business objectives and IT initiatives, providing technical product overviews, offerings, and insights relevant to customer needs and usage scenarios.
">You will increase your technical acumen by delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud. Additionally, you will audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations as required, ensuring that customers receive an accurate projection of anticipated costs in new services sought.
">Furthermore, you will execute quick technical feasibility assessments and proposals of developments of the solutions, develop knowledge of the cloud's offerings, and leverage all training resources. You will also conduct group and one-on-one trainings across the centre on subjects of expertise, meeting and exceeding team-level monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for net-new revenue, sales pipeline, and operational metrics.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you should possess intermediate or fluent verbal and written English skills, as well as fluent or native Flemish language skills. A minimum of 3+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering. L200 certification is preferred, and demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance, and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions is highly valued.
">Additionally, you should have a broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions. Experience in computer science, mathematics, or engineering is a bonus, and understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning, cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solution designs, migrations, and management of technology is essential.
