About the Role

Spendesk, a 7-in-1 spending solution, is seeking a seasoned Country Builder to drive its expansion in Spain. As a key member of our Southern Europe Sales Team, you will be responsible for acquiring new SMB customers and managing the entire sales funnel.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. You will work closely with our Product and Customer Success teams to provide a seamless customer journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach strategies.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet acquisition targets.
  • Targeted Outreach: Develop personalized outreach campaigns to engage prospects.
  • Needs Assessment and Solution Alignment: Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and align our solutions effectively.
  • Sales Presentations and Demos: Prepare compelling presentations and product demos tailored to prospect industries.
  • Objection Handling: Address and overcome objections from prospects.
  • Closing Deals: Drive sales process to close and secure signed contracts.
  • Market Research and Feedback: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • CRM and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Sales Experience: 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or Fintech industries.
  • Entrepreneurial Exposure: Demonstrated experience building projects or teams from scratch.
  • Market Understanding: Deep familiarity with local market nuances in Spain.
  • Proven Results: A strong history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
